GENERAL TOS
★ you must be an adult to commission me.
★ i reserve all rights to either deny your commission, or fully refund it.
★ i will keep you updated on every part of the process of the commission, and ask for confirmation every time!
★ turn-around time depends on complexity of the commission and my irl work schedule. it 's usually between a week or a month! please notify me if you'd like your commission to be done due a specific date.
★ my work may NEVER be used in AI training, bought as an NFT or used in any relation to those.
PAYMENT
★ i take payment either through PayPal or Ko-fi. i can either send you an invoice, or you can send it directly to my PayPal e-mail!
★ payment for the commission is required either upfront, or after you approve the sketch. i don't accept payment half upfront, half after a sketch/finished piece.
★ payment plans are allowed only on commissions above 200$
★ i may charge additional fees for complicated designs, which you will be informed of.
★ if you cannot provide a concrete reference sheet or art of the characters you'd like drawn, i may charge additional fees for a text description of the characters.
REFUNDS
★ you have a right to request a refund, at any time, before i start working on your commission.
★ i will accept a refund only if the progress of the commission hasn't surpassed the sketch phase. after that, your commission is non refundable!
